SECTION 1 — AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Welcome to ClickSource LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding
contract between you ("User," "Consumer," or "you") and ClickSource LLC, a Georgia limited liability
company ("ClickSource," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website located
at myclicksource.com and any related services, forms, or communications (collectively, the "Services").
BY SUBMITTING YOUR INFORMATION THROUGH ANY FORM ON OUR WEBSITE OR THROUGH
OUR DIGITAL ADVERTISING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND
AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO
NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION.
ClickSource LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services
following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version
will always be available at myclicksource.com/terms.
SECTION 2 — DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
ClickSource LLC is a digital marketing and lead generation company operating in the State of Georgia.
We are NOT an insurance company, insurance agency, insurance broker, or licensed insurance
producer. We do not sell, underwrite, or provide insurance products or services of any kind.
Our Services consist of the following:
• Generating consumer interest in auto insurance rate comparisons through digital advertising
• Collecting consumer information through online lead capture forms with explicit written consent
• Matching interested consumers with licensed insurance agents and agencies who may be able
to provide auto insurance quotes
• Delivering consumer lead information to licensed insurance agents who have entered into a
Lead Purchase Agreement with ClickSource LLC
ClickSource LLC does not guarantee that any consumer will receive an insurance quote, that any
insurance agent will contact the consumer, that any insurance rate will be lower than what the
consumer currently pays, or that any insurance policy will be issued. All insurance transactions occur
solely between the consumer and the licensed insurance agent or carrier.
SECTION 3 — ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To use our Services and submit your information through our lead capture forms, you must meet ALL of
the following requirements:
• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a resident of the State of Georgia
• You must be legally authorized to enter into binding agreements under applicable law
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• You must have a valid United States phone number that you own and have active access to
• You must have a valid email address
By submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements
listed above. ClickSource LLC reserves the right to reject, refuse, or remove any submission that does
not meet these requirements.
SECTION 4 — TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (TCPA) CONSENT
AND DISCLOSURE
IMPORTANT: THIS SECTION CONTAINS YOUR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT TO BE
CONTACTED. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
4.1 — Express Written Consent
By submitting your information and checking the consent checkbox on our lead capture form, you
provide your PRIOR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT, as defined under the Telephone Consumer
Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 ("TCPA"), to be contacted by ClickSource LLC and by the licensed
insurance agents and agencies listed at myclicksource.com/partners (collectively, "Marketing Partners")
at the telephone number, mobile number, and email address you provided, regardless of whether such
number is currently listed on any federal, state, or local Do Not Call registry, including the National Do
Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission.
4.2 — Methods of Contact
Your consent authorizes contact via all of the following methods:
• Live telephone calls
• Automated or pre-recorded telephone calls using an automatic telephone dialing system
("ATDS")
• Pre-recorded or artificial voice messages
• Text messages (SMS and MMS), including automated text messages
• Email communications
4.3 — Purpose of Contact
Contact authorized under this consent is for the purpose of providing you with auto insurance rate
information, quotes, and related insurance products and services available in the State of Georgia.
4.4 — Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR CONSENT TO RECEIVE AUTOMATED OR
PRE-RECORDED CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES IS NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASING ANY
GOODS OR SERVICES. You may receive a free auto insurance rate comparison without providing
consent to automated contact by contacting us directly at [email protected].
4.5 — Do Not Call Registry Waiver
By submitting this form and providing your express written consent, you specifically waive your
registration on any Do Not Call registry for the purpose of receiving auto insurance rate information and
quotes from ClickSource LLC and its licensed Marketing Partners. This waiver applies to the National
Do Not Call Registry and any applicable state do not call registries, including the Georgia Do Not Call
List.
4.6 — Opt-Out and Consent Revocation
You may revoke your consent to receive automated calls, texts, or emails at any time through any
reasonable method, including but not limited to:
• Replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text
message
• Sending an email to [email protected] requesting removal
• Calling 470-455-2600 and requesting removal
Upon receipt of a valid opt-out request, ClickSource LLC will process your request within 10 business
days as required under applicable FCC regulations effective April 11, 2025. You may receive one final
confirmation message confirming your opt-out has been processed. ClickSource LLC will also use
commercially reasonable efforts to notify its Marketing Partners of your opt-out request; however, you
acknowledge that individual Marketing Partners are independently responsible for honoring opt-out
requests under their own compliance programs.
4.7 — Standard Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages received. Contact your wireless carrier
for details regarding applicable rates.
SECTION 5 — FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT (FCRA) DISCLOSURE AND
CONSENT
5.1 — Soft Credit Inquiry Authorization
By submitting your information through our lead capture form, you authorize ClickSource LLC and its
licensed Marketing Partners to obtain consumer report information and to conduct a soft credit inquiry
(also known as a soft pull or soft inquiry) for the purpose of generating an auto insurance rate quote.
You understand and acknowledge the following:
• A soft credit inquiry does NOT affect your credit score
• A soft credit inquiry is NOT visible to other lenders or creditors
• Soft inquiries are used solely for the purpose of generating an insurance rate estimate or quote
• Insurance companies and agents commonly use credit-based insurance scores as one of many
factors in determining insurance rates, as permitted under Georgia law
• You are NOT authorizing a hard credit inquiry, which would affect your credit score
• No Social Security Number or Driver's License Number is collected by ClickSource LLC
5.2 — FCRA Permissible Purpose
The consumer report information obtained pursuant to this consent will be used solely for insurance
purposes as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. ("FCRA"). This
constitutes a permissible purpose under FCRA Section 604(a)(3)(C).
5.3 — No Adverse Action Based Solely on Credit
ClickSource LLC does not make insurance eligibility decisions. All insurance underwriting and eligibility
determinations are made solely by the licensed insurance agents and carriers to whom your lead
information is delivered. Any adverse action taken by an insurer based on credit information will be
communicated to you directly by that insurer in accordance with applicable FCRA requirements.
SECTION 6 — INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you submit your information through our lead capture form, ClickSource LLC collects the
following categories of information:
6.1 — Personal Identification Information
• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Home address including street address, city, state, and ZIP code
6.2 — Contact Information
• Mobile phone number — used for SMS verification and agent contact
• Email address — used for agent contact and confirmation communications
6.3 — Vehicle Information
• Vehicle year, make, and model
• Additional vehicles in household — if provided
• Additional drivers in household — if provided
6.4 — Insurance and Financial Information
• Current insurance provider
• Current monthly insurance payment range
• Current insurance status — insured or uninsured
• Home ownership status — own, rent, or other
6.5 — Technical Information
• IP address at time of form submission
• Timestamp of form submission and consent
• Device type and browser information
• SMS verification timestamp and confirmation status
ClickSource LLC does NOT collect Social Security Numbers, Driver's License Numbers, financial
account numbers, or payment card information through its lead capture forms.
SECTION 7 — HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED
ClickSource LLC uses the information you provide for the following purposes:
• Delivering your lead information in real time to licensed insurance agents and agencies who are
Marketing Partners of ClickSource LLC
• Verifying your identity and phone number ownership through SMS one-time passcode
verification
• Facilitating the delivery of auto insurance rate quotes by licensed agents
• Maintaining records of consent for TCPA and FCRA compliance purposes
• Improving the quality and performance of our lead generation services
• Complying with applicable federal and Georgia state laws and regulations
7.1 — Simultaneous Lead Delivery
You acknowledge and agree that your lead information may be delivered simultaneously to up to three
(3) licensed insurance agents or agencies at the time of submission. Each agent who receives your
information has independently agreed to ClickSource LLC's Lead Purchase Agreement and compliance
requirements. You may therefore receive contact from up to three different licensed agents regarding
your auto insurance rate inquiry.
7.2 — Lead Aging and Resale
ClickSource LLC may sell your lead information to licensed insurance agents at varying intervals
following your initial submission. Fresh leads are delivered at the time of submission. ClickSource LLC
may also offer your lead information to additional licensed agents at a later date, subject to the
three-agent maximum. In all cases, your consent captured at the time of submission governs all
subsequent contact by licensed agents who receive your information.
SECTION 8 — INFORMATION SHARING AND THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE
ClickSource LLC shares your personal information only in the following circumstances:
8.1 — Licensed Insurance Marketing Partners
Your information is shared with licensed insurance agents and agencies who have executed a Lead
Purchase Agreement with ClickSource LLC and who have agreed to comply with all applicable federal
and Georgia state laws including TCPA, FCRA, CAN-SPAM, and the Georgia Fair Business Practices
Act.
8.2 — Service Providers
ClickSource LLC uses GoHighLevel, a third-party customer relationship management platform, to store
and process lead data. GoHighLevel is bound by data processing agreements and security standards.
Your data is stored on GoHighLevel's secure servers located in the United States.
8.3 — Legal Requirements
ClickSource LLC may disclose your information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or
governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or
the safety of others.
8.4 — No Sale to Non-Insurance Third Parties
ClickSource LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to non-insurance third parties,
data brokers, or unrelated marketers. Your information is used exclusively for the purpose of connecting
you with licensed auto insurance agents.
SECTION 9 — CAN-SPAM ACT COMPLIANCE
ClickSource LLC and its licensed Marketing Partners comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 with
respect to all commercial email communications. The following applies to all email contact made
pursuant to your consent:
• All commercial emails will clearly identify the sender
• All commercial emails will include a valid physical postal address of the sender
• All commercial emails will include a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism
• Opt-out requests from email communications will be honored within 10 business days
• Email subject lines will not be deceptive or misleading
To opt out of email communications from ClickSource LLC, send an email to [email protected]
with the subject line UNSUBSCRIBE. To opt out of email communications from a specific licensed
agent, follow the unsubscribe instructions in that agent's email communications.
SECTION 10 — GEORGIA LAW COMPLIANCE
10.1 — Georgia Fair Business Practices Act
ClickSource LLC operates in compliance with the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act, O.C.G.A. §
10-1-390 et seq. We do not engage in unfair or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of our
business. Our advertising accurately represents the nature of our Services and does not make false or
misleading representations regarding insurance rates, savings, or benefits.
10.2 — Georgia Insurance Laws
ClickSource LLC is not a licensed insurance agent, broker, or producer in the State of Georgia. We do
not provide insurance advice, recommendations, or guidance. All insurance products and services
discussed in connection with our leads are provided solely by licensed insurance agents and carriers.
ClickSource LLC verifies that all Marketing Partners who purchase leads are licensed to sell auto
insurance in the State of Georgia prior to lead delivery.
10.3 — Georgia Data Protection
ClickSource LLC implements reasonable security measures to protect the personal information of
Georgia residents in accordance with applicable Georgia law. In the event of a data breach affecting
Georgia residents, ClickSource LLC will provide notification as required under O.C.G.A. § 10-1-910 et
seq.
SECTION 11 — DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
11.1 — Rate Disclaimer
POTENTIAL SAVINGS AND RATES REFERENCED IN CLICKSOURCE LLC ADVERTISING AND
MARKETING MATERIALS ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Actual insurance
rates vary based on individual factors including but not limited to: location, driving record, vehicle type,
vehicle age, coverage limits, deductibles, credit history, home ownership status, years of driving
experience, and other underwriting factors. ClickSource LLC does not provide insurance quotes and
does not guarantee any specific rate, savings amount, or insurance eligibility. All rate quotes are
provided solely by licensed insurance agents and carriers.
11.2 — No Insurance Advice
Nothing on myclicksource.com or in any ClickSource LLC communication constitutes insurance advice,
legal advice, financial advice, or any other professional advice. ClickSource LLC is a marketing and
lead generation company only.
11.3 — Accuracy of Information
ClickSource LLC relies on the accuracy of information provided by consumers. We make no
representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of consumer-submitted
data. Consumers are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information.
11.4 — Third Party Actions
ClickSource LLC is not responsible for the actions, omissions, representations, or communications of
licensed insurance agents, agencies, or carriers who receive lead information. All insurance
transactions, representations, and agreements are solely between the consumer and the relevant
licensed insurance professional.
11.5 — Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE GEORGIA LAW, CLICKSOURCE LLC
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. IN NO
EVENT SHALL CLICKSOURCE LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY
DOLLARS ($50.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on
liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
SECTION 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on myclicksource.com including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software
is the property of ClickSource LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You
may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website
without prior written permission from ClickSource LLC.
All carrier names, trademarks, and logos referenced on myclicksource.com are the property of their
respective owners. ClickSource LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any insurance
carrier whose name or trademark may appear on our website or in our advertising.
SECTION 13 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
13.1 — Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 — Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact ClickSource LLC at
[email protected] to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. ClickSource LLC will attempt to
respond to all dispute inquiries within 10 business days.
13.3 — Venue
Any legal proceeding arising from or related to these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or
federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such
courts.
