have entered into a Lead Purchase Agreement with ClickSource LLC. These agents are licensed in the
State of Georgia and have agreed to comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, FCRA,
CAN-SPAM, and the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act. Your information may be shared
simultaneously with multiple agents at the time of submission.
4.2 — Technology Service Providers
We use GoHighLevel as our customer relationship management and lead delivery platform. Your data is
stored on GoHighLevel's secure servers in the United States. GoHighLevel is bound by data processing
agreements and applicable data security requirements.
4.3 — Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or
governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClickSource LLC, our users, or
others.
4.4 — We Do Not Sell to Unrelated Third Parties
ClickSource LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers, unrelated
marketers, or non-insurance third parties. Your information is used exclusively for connecting you with
licensed auto insurance agents.
SECTION 5 — DATA RETENTION
ClickSource LLC retains your personal information indefinitely unless you request deletion. We retain
your data to:
• Maintain records of TCPA consent for legal compliance purposes
• Facilitate follow-up contact by licensed agents who have purchased your lead
• Support our legal defense in the event of a complaint or legal proceeding
• Comply with applicable record-keeping requirements
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at

information from our systems within 30 days to the extent technically feasible and as permitted by

• SMS one-time passcode verification to confirm phone number ownership
